TVCC COPE 468 is in a position to negotiate the CA with the employer after March 31, 2012.

If you have suggestions or questions related to negotiations, please send them to one of your Stewards: Carrie Connell, Tatiana May or Debbie Steward at carrie.connell@cope468.org

The Negotiations Committee will be voted by the membership prior to negotiations. If you are interested in learning more about this committee, please contact one of your Stewards. Information will be posted and dates communicated as we draw nearer to the date.

As part of the negotiation process a bargaining questionnaire will be distributed to Bargaining Unit members to gather feedback. This questionnaire is an important tool to ensure your voice is heard. The Negotiating Committee uses this tool to help develop proposals focused on the needs of our members.
